Movement has always been part of my life, but after my years as a childhood athlete, I found it challenging to stay consistently active as an adult. I explored nearly every workout style, yet nothing engaged my body and mind the way Pilates did. After trying a reformer class on a whim, I knew I had found something different—and it continues to shape how I move and teach today.
My teaching style is athletic, intentional, and motivating. I love that Pilates trains both the mind and body, and my goal is for clients to leave every class feeling stronger—both mentally and physically.
I especially enjoy working with busy professionals who spend long hours behind a desk. I understand how valuable their time is, and I’m passionate about making every minute in the studio count. In my classes at Rich Movement Pilates, you can expect a welcoming environment, thoughtful progressions, and challenges that meet you exactly where you are.
Outside the studio, staying inspired comes from trying new experiences—whether that’s traveling to a new destination or stepping outside my comfort zone.

My journey to Pilates began after exploring many different workout styles—none of which truly resonated until I found Pilates. It was the first time I felt both physically challenged and deeply connected to how my body moves. Through Pilates, I developed a stronger mind-body connection and greater awareness of posture, alignment, and balance.
My teaching style is mindful, supportive, and encouraging. I love helping others enjoy movement while building confidence and body awareness. My goal is for clients to leave class feeling strong, balanced, and empowered in their everyday movement.
I especially love working with beginners and those new to Pilates. In my classes at Rich Movement Pilates, you can expect a welcoming, full-body experience with thoughtful guidance, room for curiosity, and space to grow at your own pace.
Outside the studio, my faith grounds and guides the care I bring to each class.

My journey to Pilates began through my own healing. Living with an autoimmune disease and a highly sensitive body, Pilates was the first form of movement I could practice consistently without depleting myself. Not only was it sustainable—it made me stronger, both physically and mentally. That experience continues to shape how I approach movement and how I teach today.
My teaching style is athletic, form-focused, and intentionally challenging. I encourage clients to honor what their body is communicating each day and to stay present throughout their practice. I love being creative with my flows and designing classes that feel purposeful, engaging, and well worth your time.
I truly believe Pilates is for every body. It’s a multigenerational practice that can be adapted to meet people exactly where they are, and I’m passionate about customizing movement to support each client’s unique needs and abilities. In my classes at Rich Movement Pilates, you can expect something a little different every time—thoughtful challenges that leave you feeling lengthened, strengthened, and better than when you walked in.
Outside the studio, I find joy in spending time with my family, my dogs, and soaking up sunshine whenever I can.

OLIVIA O
My journey to Pilates began from a place I never expected. I grew up a competitive athlete, surrounded by boys and driven to prove myself on the basketball court. Pilates wasn’t even on my radar—until years of injuries and chronic pain caught up with me. By my late twenties, I was living with daily neck, shoulder, and back pain and searching for relief.
After my first Pilates session, everything shifted. It was the first workout that left my body feeling better instead of worse. Pilates gave me my energy back, helped me heal, and brought me back to myself.
My teaching style is high-energy, athletic, and intentional. I teach classical reformer Pilates with a contemporary edge, focusing on purposeful movement and clear cueing so clients truly understand and feel the “why” behind each exercise.
I love working with clients navigating pain, injuries, or years of wear and tear. In my classes at Rich Movement Pilates, you can expect challenging, empowering sessions that leave you feeling stronger, more energized, and confident in your body again.
