What is the Beginner Course?

If you’ve been wanting to try Pilates but have felt intimidated by the equipment, worried about keeping up in class, or simply didn’t know where to start, we’ve created the perfect place to begin.


Our Beginner Pilates Course is a supportive five-week program designed to teach you the fundamentals in a small group where everyone is starting at the same level.


No experience required. No pressure. No feeling left behind.


Just expert instruction, steady progress, and the confidence to walk into any Pilates class knowing exactly what you’re doing.


The first course begins Monday, July 27, at 6:30 PM.

How to safely use the Reformer and Cadillac

Proper Pilates form, breathing, and technique

Foundational exercises you’ll see in future classes

Challenge yourself with new exercises while reinforcing proper technique.

Put everything together so you feel ready to transition into our regular Foundations classes.
